• Develop an effective and efficient organizational structure and update it when changes occur.
• Reviewing job descriptions and updating clear job standards for incumbents.
• Develop talent programs for HR development that are in accordance with the needs and competencies of incumbents.
• Create a talent pool in all work units to ensure the availability of talent in the future.
• Coordinate with Holding Company Recruitment to carry out assessments and analyze the results of employee assessments.
• Provide reports on the results of employee assessments to the User and prepare an Individual Development Plan together with the User.
• Monitor the progress of the implementation of the Individual Development Plan in order to meet the promotion and development needs of employees.
• Prepare employee assessment reports so that employee assessment results are well documented and report to superiors on a regular basis.
• Develop the potential of subordinates by providing guidance and direction based on the results of regular job evaluations to improve the performance and productivity of subordinates.
• Education min. S1 Psychology, S2 Professional Psychology is preferred.
• Work experience min. 5 years as Talent Assessment / Organizational Management / Talent & Development.
• Understand Organizational Development, Talent Management and Assessment.
• Mastering the use of psychological test tools, Assessment Center and mastering Behavioral Event Interview techniques.
• Able to operate Ms. Office (especially Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Able to analyze problems and have good problem solving.
• Have good leadership skills.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
