- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business, Economics or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years of solid experiences in HR-recruitment/talent acquisition experiences, including but not limited to mass hiring, and executive level hiring.
- Demonstrates breadth and depth of experience in the recruitment process of senior executive and/or interim managers including competent interviewing skills and working knowledge of selection materials/methods. Having exposure/experience in headhunter/recruitment agency is preferable.
- Demonstrates knowledge of job boards and market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
- Strong business acumen with the ability and experience of analysing markets and business development.
- Excellent written communication skills with excellent English grammar and the ability to communicate persuasively to a senior level in written format including business proposal writing.
- Good working knowledge of employment law in relation to recruiting individuals legally.
- Must be able to work collaboratively and be a consensus builder in a complex environment.
- Design, develop, and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps), in line with business needs.
- Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source, as well as overall recruitment & selection policies and system.
- Coordinate networking with schools, universities and other manpower institutions.
- Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.
- Define cost effective executive job search provider and membership, and monitor and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
- Supervise external recruitment activities, i.e. job fair, vacancy ad, campus recruitment.
- Assess and conduct job interviews for short-listed applicants - executive level – manager level up (grade G and above) with efficient and effective assessment tools depending on position requirements.
- Responsible to coordinate the proposing of competitive salary negotiation to the successful applicants.
- Coordinate with HR Heads and HRBP to ensure re-deploy of existing employees to avoid redundant manpower across divisions.
- Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant.
- Lead, manage, and develop the team of HR Recruiters (Regular & Executive).
- Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line manager
- Manage executive and regular recruitment for multiple business units.
- Plan, implement and monitor recruitment & selection activities.
- Drive the continuous improvement in recruitment process, system, and capabilities.
