Job description for Talent Acquisition Specialist at BAP Software Co., Ltd
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media and other various channels base on recruitment needs
- Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates.
- Conduct HR screening, interview and select high potential candidates for the shortlist
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Build-up and develop pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands
- Tracking and reporting recruiting performance to Hunting leader
- Always be on trendy in IT recruiting methodologies and aligned with new practices in hiring on the market
- Other tasks required by HR Manager/ Team Lead
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human resource/ Business or relevant majors
- From 2+ years of experience in TA/IT Recruiter for technology companies is preferable
- Enjoy working in recruitment field and commit to work long term
- Good IT knowledge & search skills
- Good at Employee Branding, Industry Networking, Recruitment Channel Management
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
- Good English communication
- Ability to work under high pressure and build up good internal and external relationships
- Abilities manage physical systems in the office
- Abilities to work with vendors
- Good skills in Microsoft Office
