So, our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our young, dynamic, and enthusiastic team.
Collaboratively, we will grow our rapidly growing recruitment team and business while trying to find suitable and qualified talents for Base Ho Chi Minh.
🎯 JOB DESCRIPTION
🔵 Talent Acquisition:
Manage the whole talent acquisition process, from identifying, analyzing annual demands, and budget planning to build pipeline, sourcing, selection & hiring.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand the recruitment needs and advise a hiring strategy for each position.
Capable of sourcing, and searching for diversified high-level positions.
Build pipelines of potential applicants and identify suitable channels.
Continuous improvement of TA operations by finding & implementing creative & effective solutions.
Manage the recruitment team (5 - 6 members including TA & TA Intern) to ensure all vacancies are filled within the targeted time.
Make report recruitment status and measure the recruitment effectiveness, forecast suitable recruitment trend.
🔵 Employer Branding and Others:
Collaborate with EB team to implement EB programs to increase brand recognition and attract talents.
Propose and collaborate with relevant teams to perform internal activities to engage employees.
Maintain and promote company policies and procedures pertaining to the recruitment process established.
Other tasks assigned by Line manager.
🎯 YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor‘s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
At least 3 years of recruiting experience at Start-up or fast-growing Technology companies.
At least 2 years of leading the TA/Recruitment team about 3 - 5 recruiters.
Knowledge of social media and professional networks.
Expertise in executive recruitment and team motivation.
Familiarity with planning and team achievement, resource management, and allocation.
Results-driven with a strong sense of commitment.
Strong strategic and logical thinking.
Have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with stakeholders at different levels.
