Job Description
DEK Technologies Vietnam is strongly growing, and the Human Resource Department is looking for an active, professional and caring Talent Acquisition Intern to support us with maintaining and developing an excellent work environment for our staff.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
1. Recruitment:
You will be trained on Source, filter, and arrange interviews for qualified resumes.
Participate in building up and developing a pool of resources through current and expanding channels to meet hiring demands.
Record candidates’ database by using an applicant tracking system and managing the candidate database.
Actively using social media channels (Facebook and LinkedIn, Recruitment channels…) to post jobs.
2. Employer Branding:
Support and participate in recruitment events (job fairs, webinars, seminars, and other internal and external activities).
3. Other tasks will be assigned when required.

Requirements
3rd/4th-year student who could work at least 4 days/week.
A hustler personality, someone who takes the initiative with a natural drive to get things done.
Passionate about recruitment and employer branding.
Have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
