Job description for Talent Acquisition Intern (6 Months) at Assembly Global
- As a TA intern, you'll be part of the most amazing mar-tech company on the planet, operating as one office in many locations with an incredible in-house team.
- In this role you will: You'll work alongside our Talent and People team to find and attract top talent for digital marketing and data analytics vacancies.
- Review incoming job applications and actively source new candidates.
- Evaluate new profiles and help our teams by making a preselection of candidates that could make the cut.
- Help to keep check on all open applications, linking interesting candidates to our departments and team leads.
- Manage the recruitment process and hiring pipeline on Workable.
- Plan and coordinate on-site interviews between top candidates and our hiring teams.
- Participate in interviews to learn more about candidates' skills and the specific needs of our hiring teams
- Assist the Talent Team on APAC branding projects
