Job description for Talent Acquisition Executive at bTaskee Vietnam

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies;
Source and attract qualified candidates, with a focus on Non-Tech professional roles and Expat/International talent;
Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer and onboarding;
Conduct candidate assessments and provide recruitment insights to Hiring Managers;
Build and maintain talent pools and relationships with potential candidates;
Develop JDs and interview questions, and support employer branding and recruitment events;
Manage recruitment data and processes;
Support workforce planning and other HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, with experience hiring professional Non-Tech roles;
Proven experience in recruiting Expat/International talent, preferably within global companies;
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with confidence in working with international candidates and stakeholders;
Solid full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing skills;
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work independently with Hiring Managers;
Able to manage multiple vacancies with good quality and timelines;
Proactive, structured, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment;
Have a personal laptop.
