Job description for Talent Acquisition Executive at Công Ty Con Cưng (concung.com)
- Be responsible for the full circle of the Back Office recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, making offers and onboarding employees;
- Work with Hiring Managers to determine and adjust their hiring needs to match the labor market;
- Build and manage the company's talent pool, using for the future hiring needs.
- Identify and build on potential partnership opportunities to improve the company's employer brand;
- Plan and organize external activities to attract talents and promote company culture: career fair, workshop, etc.;
- Assist in executing and building up ideas/concepts of internal activities to attract high engagement of employees: Company Birthday, YEP, etc.;
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Fluency in English is a must;
- At least 1 year of experience in the same position;
- Good communication, problem solving & presentation skill;
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and handle sensitive situations;
- Keep up with social media trends;
- Be able to create content and use graphic design tools;
- Experience in editing video is an added advantage.
