Job Duties:
- Talent Acquisition - Managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, recruiting and selection to final offering to successful candidates).
- Conduct interviews for potential candidates.
- Use of personality assessment tools to identify and select suitable candidates.
- Provide sound advices and solutions to clients regarding employment related.
- Manage strong relationships with external clients and candidates.
- Conduct on-site business meetings.
- Other projects as assigned.
