Job description for SYSTEM ENGINEER SUPORT at PT. ALL DATA INTERNATIONAL
We are looking for System Engineer Support
Responsiblities:
- Respond to inquiries from customers regarding product issues/problems.
- Escalate and coordinate to Engineer, to ensure problems/issues are handled immediately
- Create daily activity reports
- Ensure that the support provided is in accordance with the SLA.
- Providing Google Workspace support services.
Requirement:
- Candidate is graduated Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/information Technology or equivalent (FRESH GRAD are welcome to apply).
- Have good knowledge in Linux (Ubuntu/Centos) Environment.
- Have knowledge about network and security concepts and tuning techniques and system performance configuration.
- Able to work both, individually and in the team.
- Eager to learn a new things and have good attitude.
- Willing work with shift system
- Preferably male candidates
