Diskripsi Pekerjaan :
• Mengatur jadwal House Visit untuk calon pelanggan
• Melaksanakan kunjungan rumah untuk mengevaluasi kelayakan mereka untuk program sewa (area Jakarta)
• Menemukan pelanggan menggunakan informasi biro kredit, pemeriksaan latar belakang, dokumen pinjaman, dan dokumen atau database lainnya.
• Melakukan penilaian awal calon customer persewaan dengan memeriksa aplikasi mereka secara menyeluruh (penilaian akhir)
• Tindak lanjuti dengan pelanggan  untuk mengklarifikasi poin penting
• Jalankan unit repo
• Tim pendukung untuk setiap pekerjaan operasional
• Melakukan kegiatan penjualan lapangan dengan cara mendekati pelanggan/pemohon/masyarakat
• Tugas lain yang mungkin diperlukan dari waktu ke waktu
