- D3/S1 berbagai jurusan
- Menyukai dunia Marketing
- Menguasai Microsoft Excell ( terutama pada rumus-rumus vlookup, Hlookup, If, Countif, dan lain lain untuk mengolah data )
- Memiliki Hobby di peralatan mekanik atau peralatan kebutuhan kontraktor
- Sanggup dan mau memulai karier sebagai Sales Senior
- Mampu bekerja dengan Target Penjualan
- Memiliki karakter ulet, jujur dan loyal
- Terbiasa bekerja dengan KPI
- Memiliki komukasi skill yang baik
- Menguasai teknik skill negosiasi
