Handle monitoring and to make sure the operation is running smoothly / how it should be, make the data report and ensuring the report is correct. Coordinate with partner and maintain a good relationship with them and team for achive the company target / goals.
1. Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
2. Dealing with queries on the phone, media social / communication apps and by email
3. Ensuring the administrative and reporting is done correctly by team, providing them with guidance and monitoring the standard of operation on progress.
4. Updating computer records using a database.
5. Liaising with partner.
6. Maintaining the company social media accounts
7. Achive the company target for operation & sales team
8. Ensure the all operation is handled very well and get customer satisfaction
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Management & Administrative field of work
2. 2 or 3 years experiences in Management & Adminitistrative field of work
3. To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
4. Good Interpersonal skills, patient, meticulous, good analytical thinking, hard worker and detailed attitude/personalities.
5. Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia in written.
6. The ability to work well with others and on your own.
7. To be flexible and open to change
8. Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
9. Able to lead and making self to be a good guidance & influence for team
