PENEMPATAN : Bekasi Barat

DESKRIPSI KERJA :

Mengelola operasional klinik agar berjalan sesuai standart
Memonitoring kinerja staff operasional
Membuat jadwal kegiatan kerja untuk staff
Membuat laporan harian, mingguan dan bulanan mengenai operasional dan pencapaian sales
membuat strategi promosi dan marketing untuk meningkatkan sales
membuat strategi untuk meningkatkan revisit & kunjungan pasien baru
memastikan service excelent & mengelola kepuasan pasien

KUALIFIKASI :

Pendidikan D3/S1 semua jurusan
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai aesthetic clinic supervisor /setara
Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang baik
Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi, jujur dan disiplin
bisa bergabung secepatnya
