Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan diutamakan minimal Diploma
- Pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Area Supervisor-Manager di restoran
- Berorientasi pada sales target, efisiensi, dan produktifitas team
- Mampu menganalisa data laporan penjualan serta memberikan solusi kendala yang ada
- Bersedia bekerja secara mobile
- Bersedia dengan jam kerja operasional (masuk di weekend dan libur di weekday)
- Peka terhadap perkembangan dan pertumbuhan business di lingkungan masing2 cabang
- Dapat bergabung segera dan berkomitmen
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Bertanggung jawab dalam mengatur dan mengawasi kinerja anggota tim secara efektif dan efisien dalam areanya
- Memastikan kepatuhan grooming, service & product quality, dan tertib administrasi di outlet
- Memastikan pencapaian target sales setiap outlet
- Menciptakan kedisiplinan kerja yang baik
- Memastikan persiapan bahan makanan dibuat secara efektif dan sesuai standar perusahaan
- Mengontrol inventory setiap outlet
- Membuat laporan daily, weekly, dan monthly
