Job description for Store Manager at Công ty cổ phần thương mại LIT
1. About Dr.PONG
Dr.PONG is a Thai evidence-based skincare brand. Positioning: The Evidence-Based Ultimate Problems Resolver. Personality: Confident, Supportive, Genuine, Hopeful. Our customer is the Optimistic Self Lover - someone who wants a real result on their skin, not a slogan.
A Dr.PONG store is a consultation space, not a leaflet stand. The team identifies a skin concern and recommends a protocol. You own that standard on the floor.
2. The role
As Store Manager, you are accountable for one store: the customer experience, the team, and the commercial result.
Headquarters sets the sales target. You turn that target into a daily plan, coach Beauty Advisors on the floor, and follow up every day. You know the store’s strengths, gaps and local mall context - and you act on them.
3. What you will do
Sales and store KPIs
- Deliver daily, weekly and monthly sales against the Headquarters target. Split the number by shift and selling hours, and close a miss the same day.
- Run the store on the Retail KPIs: conversion, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), cross-sell, net sales, and capture rate where traffic is measured.
- Lead the daily sales review (sales vs target, transactions, ATV, UPT, conversion) and the weekly category review (best-sellers, slow movers, campaigns).
- Work the floor. Coach Beauty Advisors on diagnosis, product talk, closing and basket building. Correct a weak recommendation when it happens.
- Run the team commission scheme as a store pool on gross sales — not personal invoices. Rest days do not take a share.
People and roster
- Build the roster to mall hours and peak traffic. Keep attendance accurate for payroll and the commission pool.
- Lead pre-store training — brand, skin, product, service, POS and role play — and sign pass or fail against the company standard.
- Coach, brief and review the team every week. Keep people who can sell. Do not carry a Beauty Advisor who cannot close.
Operations, visual and stock
- Open and close the store to SOP: readiness, testers, price tags, cash, POS and day-end. The store is clean, set and secure before the team leaves.
- Protect inventory: replenishment, out-of-stock, damaged product and shrink.
- Hold visual and CI standards — white / natural with mint, lab look, planogram. No freelance decoration.
- Be the mall counterpart on hours, loading, events and complaints. Handle the floor issue before it becomes an HQ issue.
Reporting
- Daily flash: sales, traffic if available, top SKUs, stock-outs, incidents and the next day’s risk.
- Weekly pack: target gap, category and campaign notes, people, mall and training status.
- Monthly input to the business review: sales versus budget, productivity, training completion and incentive evaluation.
4. Who you are
We are looking for people with
- Two to four years in beauty, skincare or pharmacy-beauty retail, and a shift you have already run as supervisor or assistant manager.
- A commercial eye: you can read a daily number, a roster and a customer complaint without being walked through it.
- Professional appearance and grooming consistent with brand standards. Punctual. Calm at pop-up pace.
5. Benefits
- Competitive salary and benefits, commensurate with capabilities, with annual salary review.
- An open, dynamic, and challenging working environment that enables you to maximize your potential.
- Other benefits in accordance with current labor laws.
6. Working Hours: Working six days per week according to mall operating hours (typically 10:00–22:00), including weekends, with one weekday off.
