Job description for STORAGE OPERATIONS LEAD at Halocom
POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Storage Operations professional to lead the setup and management of a new Storage & Fulfillment service. This role will work closely with the BOD to establish operational processes, optimize workflows, and ensure efficient, scalable service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operations Management: Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end operational processes for storage and fulfillment services.
- Build, implement, and optimize operational workflows, SOPs, and service standards to support business growth.
- Manage storage records, inventory accuracy, item tracking, and control procedures to ensure proper handling and traceability of stored items.
- Monitor operational issues, handle escalations, and implement solutions to improve customer experience and service reliability.
- Work closely with the BOD to translate business objectives into operational plans, resource allocation, and execution priorities.
- Track operational KPIs, identify inefficiencies, and drive initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 4 years of experience in Operations Management, Storage Operations, or related service operations.
- Strong understanding of storage service operations, inventory control, and operational process management.
- Proven experience in developing SOPs, standardizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Experience managing teams or leading operational initiatives is preferred.
