Key Responsibilities:
- Invoicing & Billing: Generate accurate client invoices and manage outgoing bills in a timely manner.
- Payment Tracking & Reconciliation: Monitor and update client payment statuses while preparing bank statements for review.
- Accounts Payable: Execute payments for all company bills, vendor invoices, and operational expenses.
- Cash & Record Management: Handle daily petty cash distributions and securely archive all payment receipts and financial proofs.
- Data Maintenance: Keep the internal accounting spreadsheets and CRM system fully updated and accurate.
Requirements:
- Bali based or willing to relocate to Bali immediately
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an accounting role (experience in a service or consulting industry is a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM systems (experience with Xero is highly preferred).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia & English, written & verbal.
