Job description for SR Marketing Manager at Công ty TNHH Truyền Thông Xu Hướng Sài Gòn - Saigon Trend Media

I. RESPONSIBILITY

  • Oversee the quality and effectiveness of all marketing activities, including both in-house teams and outsourced agencies.
  • Plan, measure, and report on marketing campaign performance to ensure all activities are data-driven and aligned with business goals.
  • Maintain consistent brand direction and messaging, ensuring all content aligns with brand positioning and avoids overlap with other ecosystem projects.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments (BD, Research, Design, Event...) to optimize communication impact.
  • Manage the marketing budget and evaluate agencies/partners to ensure efficiency and ROI.
  • Support event organization, product launches, and special communication campaigns.

II. REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in Web3, Crypto, or Tech startups.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 marketing (especially in working with KOLs, projects, and communities).
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and analyzing marketing KPIs and ROI.
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality control, and campaign management skills.
  • Experience in working with and managing agencies, with the ability to push and ensure delivery on time and quality.
  • Detail-oriented, logical, data-focused, with enough drive and proactiveness to lead and motivate teams effectively.
