- Maximum age of 35 years old
- Experienced in telemarketing Fintech Industry min 2 years
- Experienced to handle 5 Team Leader and 75 Telemarketers
- Strong interpersonal skill in order to work in diverse,dinamic and fast paced new environment.
- Able to speak English
- Ability to learn about products and services
- Willing to adapt and learn more
- Selling skills with the ability to resolve issues and address the complaints
- Database analytical skill
Responsibilities:
- Control, monitor, and evaluate the teams
- Ensure the telemarketing agents and team leader are in line with the SOP
- Responsible for the teams to reach the target
- Compile documentation regarding operation activity
- Learn and develop agents performance
