Job description for Software QA at Jago Coffee
Job Summary
We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance who Participation in the whole process of testing, including participating in requirements analysis, designing reviews, developing test plans and strategies, developing test data, test cases, tracking defects, controlling risks, reporting results, improving product quality
About the role
- Write complete test documentation (test cases, scenarios, suites, plans) that covered from design sprint and sprint planning
- Creating positive and negative test cases and then performing full-stack testing for mobile apps and web
- Reporting the test results upon every release to the product manager and site reliability manager
- Identifying software failure points, analyzing them, reporting them, and suggesting a solution to the engineering team
- Work together with the product management team to gain an understanding of the product
- Ensure no major bugs in production environment, while also ensuring other environments would be representative for testing purposes
Key Skills / Experience
- Min. bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Min. 1 year of experience working as Software Quality Assurance
- Organized with high attention to detail and strong desire to deliver the highest quality product possible
- Experienced in designing test plans, test verification, test scenario, and bug reporting, then writing them into proper test documentation
- Understand the business process and development process in Agile Methodology
