Job description for Social Media Video Editor at Canggu Ink Club
Canggu Ink Club is a busy tattoo studio in Canggu, Bali. Our team has more than 50 people in it. We look after clients from all over the world.
We post multiple times per day, and we have a full creative team behind that. Social media managers, videographers, photographers, other editors and a marketing team.
We are expanding, and we are looking for more social media video editors to join that team.
GENERAL INFO
- Rp 15.000.000 - Rp 20.000.000 take home (based on experience)
- 42 hours a week (6 days a week)
- Full time, long term position
- ALL equipment and software is provided by the company. You only need to bring yourself.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Edit short videos for Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
- Add music, captions and subtitles
- Colour grade so every clip looks right
- Keep every video on brand
- Turn edits around fast. We post every day
- Work with the videographers, photographers and social media team
- Keep the footage library sorted and backed up
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years editing short form video for social media
- An organised portfolio we can watch
- Premiere Pro, After Effects and CapCut. You need all three, not just one
- You understand colour and can grade a clip so it looks right
- You understand social media content. Fast paced, trendy and engaging, not long form
- You bring your own ideas. We want someone who suggests videos, not only someone who works from a brief
- Good English, spoken and written
- Organised, and you hit deadlines
NICE TO HAVE
- Photoshop for simple titles and graphics
- You have edited for a brand, studio, hotel or restaurant in Bali
- You live in Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Seminyak or nearby
