Job description for Social Media Specialist at Banananina (Bekasi)
Job Scope:
- Create, plan, edit and publish valuable content (text, images, and video) from editorial calendars for social media platforms based on data metrics on a daily basis that builds engagement, increases brand awareness, and induce a purchase
- Collaborate with other departments (creative design, production, merchandising, etc) for the visual planning of content creation
- Schedule and manage the high volume of daily posts
- Stay up to date with the best and latest social media best practices and trends
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- Fluent in English
- Understand how social media works, the tools, monitor trends, and analyze the channels.
- Experienced in social media marketing
- Fashion & social media savvy (understand and master)
- Able to create a clear content brief, copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and good communication skills
- Confident in front of the camera
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and good time management
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Receiving positive responses, we gradually upgraded to new products by request. Finally, after three and a half years, BANANANINA opened up the first flagship store in Menteng Central, Jakarta. Since then, we only carry new ready-stock products which we always keep updated daily so that our customers are able to purchase their desirable items to complete their collections.
Now, we are focusing on women’s collection while also starting to expand on the men’s collection. Our products mostly come from USA and several others are from Europe.
