Job description for Social Media Specialist at Banananina (Bekasi)
- Create, plan, edit and publish valuable content (text, images, and video) from editorial calendars for social media platforms based on data metrics on a daily basis that builds engagement, increases brand awareness, and induce a purchase
- Collaborate with other departments (creative design, production, merchandising, etc) for the visual planning of content creation
- Schedule and manage the high volume of daily posts
- Stay up to date with the best and latest social media best practices and trends
- Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
- Fluent in English
- Understand how social media works, the tools, monitor trends, and analyze the channels.
- Experienced in social media marketing
- Fashion & social media savvy (understand and master)
- Able to create a clear content brief, copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and good communication skills
- Confident in front of the camera
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and good time management
