Job description for Social Media Specialist at GoSocial Indonesia
- Mengelola, mengembangkan konten media sosial pada platform Instagram & TikTok dan tanggung jawab sehari-hari (is a must)
- Menyusun strategi, merencanakan, dan membuat draft konten di media sosial untuk meningkatkan daya tarik audiens termasuk hasil feedback dari klien
- Membangun dan menjalankan strategi media sosial melalui riset kompetitif, penentuan platform, benchmarking, pesan, dan identifikasi audiens
- Membuat jadwal posting pada masing-masing klien
- Memantau hasil konten & campaign, kompilasi pembelajaran, dan modifikasi rencana untuk lebih menyempurnakan hasil dan mencapai KPI campaign
- Paham tentang parameter di social media jadi nilai plus nih!
- Mengungkapkan ide kreatif dengan jelas pada brand dan ditargetkan ke audiens
- Familiar dengan tools social media ataupun iklan social media
- Membuat rencana konten untuk klien dalam jangka waktu mingguan atau bulanan
- Mengeksekusi konsep kreatif bersama Graphic Designer atas arahan Account Manager
- Bisa membuat report harian, mingguan, bulanan kepada Account Manager
- Work closely with Graphic Designer, Account Manager, to preview plan monthly deliverables.
- DIGITAL SAVVY...
- Can create plan, startegy and content for social media (especially Instagram & TikTok)
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Agency alumnus is a plus!
- A passionate writer who’s eager to learn
- An excellent writer who always double-checks their work
- Someone with high attention to details
- Fast learner who demonstrates a strong desire to grow and proactively seeks feedback for improvement
- Agile creators capable of customizing and enhancing content as needed
- Familiar with commonly used style guides
- Can run reporting tools for social media
- Confident talking and writing in English
