We are a lean company (and will continue to be) with a flat organizational structure, yet we wish to maximize our impact for our nation and eventually the world. Therefore our philosophy is to be (and we are looking for people who are) data-driven, able to identify the real pain points (which is surprisingly hard), and can come up with out-of-the-box yet practical permanent solutions.

Job Description
- Work together with Business, Consulting, Technology, and People teams to build and execute social media strategies
- Create social media posts that are high quality and impactful that solve real problems
- Create a strong brand and identity for the right personas
- Keep track of analytics of social media activities and provide ideas for improvements
- Keep up to date with current social media trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with min. GPA 3.5 from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Social Media Specialist or related position
- Previous experience working in SaaS or eCommerce or creative production is preferred
- Passionate in creating content that help others
- Have unique perspectives on how to approach social media posts
- Growth mindset, perfectionism, out-of-the-box thinking, humility
