JOB DESCRIPTION
- Create content briefs and manage content timelines for Teman Startup’s social media platforms.
- Develop content ideas and planning aligned with current trends and social media directions.
- Create and edit engaging content, including photo posts, carousel content, and short form videos.
- Monitor current trends, news, and digital culture to produce relevant and engaging content.
- Manage daily social media uploads and ensure content is published according to schedule.
- Analyze content performance and social media insights, including preparing monthly reports and evaluations to support account growth and engagement improvement.
- Attend external events and activities involving Teman Startup for content coverage, documentation, and real time updates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Familiar with basic design and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
- Able to create engaging social media content in both photo and video formats.
- Up to date with social media trends, current issues, and digital culture.
- Able to analyze social media insights and identify content performance trends.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable with on-ground event coverage and real-time content updates.
- Willing to attend on site events when required.
