Job description for Social Media Specialist at PT RUANG RAGAM INTERAKSI
- Research content, trends & keyword for housing business as well as Enterprise segments and competitor, to ensure that content is relevant to our target market
- Manage social media channels and online advertising activities
- Develop social media strategies for the brand/product/services that effectively support business and marketing objectives
- Review, analyse, and manage product campaigns to raise brand awareness
- Engage with social media users and respond to any mentions on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage and plan social media content for all social media platforms
- Evaluate social media performance and implement continuous improvement to social media activity
