We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who isn’t just great behind a screen, but also excels in person. In this role, you will be our boots-on-the-ground representative, working directly from our client’s office in the vibrant Kemang area. You’ll bridge the gap between our agency’s creative strategy and the client’s daily needs, ensuring their digital presence is as dynamic as their brand.
Responsibilities
- Client Representation: Act as the primary on-site point of contact for our client in Kemang, attending meetings and providing real-time updates on social media initiatives.
- Content Strategy & Execution: Lead the creation and curation of engaging content across Instagram and TikTok, ensuring it aligns with the client’s brand voice.
- On-Site Coverage: Capture "behind-the-scenes" content and work directly with visiting KOLs to ensure they hit the brief while filming at the client’s location.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor community engagement and provide data-driven weekly reports with actionable insights for growth.
- Marketplace & E-commerce Management: Oversee the client's online storefronts (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop). This includes updating product listings, managing inventory alignment, optimizing SEO/keywords, and ensuring the storefront aesthetics match current campaigns.
- KOL Management: Identify, list, and vet relevant KOLs/Influencers for brand campaigns. You will handle end-to-end coordination, from initial outreach and negotiation to brief delivery and content monitoring.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with our remote creative, website, SEO/Ads teams to ensure all digital efforts are synchronized with the client’s on-the-ground activities.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (agency experience is a huge plus).
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating successful social media campaigns or brand growth.
- Marketplace Proficiency: Proven experience managing back-end systems of major Indonesian marketplaces (Shopee Seller Centre, Tokopedia Seller, TikTok Shop Center).
- KOL Network: Proven ability to source and manage relationships with influencers (having an existing database/network is a major plus).
- Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) with the confidence to present ideas to stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to turn trends and lifestyle news into high-performing content.
- Self-Starter: While you’ll have team support, you must be comfortable working independently on-site at the client’s office.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, basic mobile photography/videography, and a strong eye for aesthetic detail.
