Social Media Specialist is someone who has a creative way of thinking to present the company's brand through various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, and Youtube) and make the company's brand stand out. So, they must have good multitasking skills to handle all of the company's social media accounts cohesively. Their duties include creating strategic content, branding, and also making reports and evaluations.
Job Description:
- Responsible for the activation, activity, planning, and reporting of the company's social media channels
- Creating and managing daily social media content (FB/Twitter/Instagram) for the company group
- Responsible for developing social media and brand awareness
- Conduct market research & competitor research
- Direct traffic to the website and build active engagement
- Provide creative ideas for development on company social media
- Involve directly or indirectly in the content and video production process
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Business Management, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields.
- A proven 1 - 2 years as a Social Media Strategist/Brand Strategist.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Google/Facebook/Instagram/Tiktok Ads, SEO, and SEM are plus points.
- Data-Driven person.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce business.
- Willing to involve directly in the production process of content and video.
- Honest, initiative, innovative, creative, out of the box, thorough, responsible, able to work under pressure, and able to adapt quickly.
