Job Description:
- Manage brand’s Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms, including feed, stories, reels, highlights, and comments.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently in line with the content calendar.
- Respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and customer inquiries in a friendly, timely, and service-oriented manner.
- Ensure all key information is up to date, including operating hours, menu updates, promotions, and ongoing events.
- Create engaging reels, short videos, and stories showcasing food, beverages, ambiance, and overall dining experience.
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends and audience interests (e.g., menu highlights, chef recommendations, customer reviews, food aesthetics, promotions).
- Monitor social media performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, and follower growth.
- Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports and provide insights or recommendations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or content creation, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
- Passionate about food & beverages, with a good understanding of F&B trends and customer preferences.
- Skilled in photo and video creation, including editing using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar applications.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, especially in showcasing food presentation, ambiance, and customer experience.
- Up to date with social media trends, particularly in F&B content (e.g., food reviews, aesthetic plating, behind-the-scenes, trending formats).
- Basic understanding of social media analytics (Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics) to track performance and optimize content.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand consistency.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with kitchen staff, service team, and management.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic operational needs.
