Job description for Social Media Specialist / Content Strategist at Hausser Digital Marketing Consultants
- Create high-quality/viral content plan on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube).
- Work closely with creative teams to execute content.
- Manage content and posting.
- Manage communication plans through multiple channels and continuously update them.
- Implement a measuring system to aid data-driven decisions and reporting.
- Give continuous feedback and suggestions to our designers to adapt content to our communities.
- Keep a good environment over the community, with a closely social listening tracking.
- Should have at least 2 years experience working in online communities social media, digital marketing, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with all social media, and tools to analyze social media performance.
- Understands how social media channels work and identify growth opportunities within those channels.
- Great communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Detail-oriented, adjustable to change.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in an organized manner and deliver under pressure.
- Able to use Capcut is a plus.
