Job description for Social Media Specialist - BANDUNG at Paddycases

You will be responsible to create exciting and engaging contents across our multiple platforms (Instagram, Instagram Stories, Tiktok and Website). We are looking for candidates who are passionate with the creative industries and want to grow together with Paddy.
Skil Needed : Socmed management, Content Creator, Art Direction, Copywritting Skills, Forward and Creative Thinker, Have a passion in social media and conten creation, Passionate in creative industry, Have a playful and fun personalities, Details Oriented
What Will You Do?
- Develop strategic plans and socmed campaign for daily day to day content post on our social media platform. (including schedule and post)
- Create contents, posting and copywriting things
- Identify and observe industries trends, references
- Utilizing social media tools to analyze campaigns, content,and KOL to gather insights and action plan
- Responsible for the creative process of creating the content , product launching and directing photos & videos
- Work closely with our Graphic designer and Creative Director
What will you need ?
- At Least 2 Years of work experience in the similar fields (For Full Time Position)
- Strong writing, editing skills
- Able to communicate idea clearly
- Strong analytical skill and data driven mindset
- Broad knowledge of social media platforms, and trends
- Strong team player, communicative, creative& innovative mindset and eager to learn
