Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing Rechic’s presence across all social media platforms. You will develop and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand’s identity, engage our target audience, and drive growth. Your role is crucial in communicating the essence of Rechic to our audience, ensuring that our brand's voice and values resonate across all digital touchpoints.

* Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Rechic’s brand values and marketing goals. Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

* Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that reflects Rechic’s brand personality. Collaborate with the Creative Team to produce visually appealing and engaging posts.

* Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including but not limited to seasonal promotions, product launches, and brand collaborations. Track and report on the performance of campaigns.

* Community Engagement: Engage with Rechic’s online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Foster relationships with key influencers and brand advocates.

* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media channels' performance using various analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize content and strategy.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand, Creative, and Product teams to ensure that social media efforts align with overall marketing initiatives and product launches.

* Innovation: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools. Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content and campaigns to keep Rechic ahead of the curve.

* Brand Representation: Ensure that all social media content consistently aligns with Rechic’s tone, style, and values, maintaining the brand’s reputation as an inspiring and stylish companion for women.

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.) and their respective best practices.

* Proven experience in creating engaging content and managing successful social media campaigns.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

* Creative mindset with a passion for fashion and a strong sense of aesthetics.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
