2. Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking and audience identification for in-house brands.
3. Responsible in creating and maintaining brands social media pages.
4. Strategize and carry out advertising plans for individual social media platforms and official marketplace. And Working closely with external vendors and marketing partners.
5. Strategize and run social media engagement activities.
6. Responsible for identification of Key Opinion Leaders, sourcing of KOLs to work with and all related duties and communication.
7. Coordinate product launches and marketing events to increase brand awareness and market share.
8. Weekly, monthly, annual and campaign reporting and analysis to identify efficacy and areas for improvement
9. Assist with crisis management, bad reviews and negative communications.
10. Regularly gather monthly news and updates of in-house brands.
11. PR management - send new product launches and updates to media and partners.
