YeoMama Batik is looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for visual storytelling, content creation, and social media strategy who is looking to gain hands-on experience with a growing lifestyle and fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, creation and production of content for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design creative assets and edit photos and videos for use across social media platforms.
- Support the growth and day-to-day management of our social media channels through content scheduling, publishing and community engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer enquiries, direct messages and comments across social platforms.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of email newsletters.
- Stay up to date with social media trends and contribute ideas to improve content performance and audience engagement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation.
- Strong photo and video editing skills.
- Basic photography skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, branding and visual storytelling.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is an advantage.
