Job description for SOCIAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE at Quesscorp
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage content and scheduling across social channels, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Threads.
• Support the execution of the social plan and upcoming campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
• Monitor social channels daily for reviews, comments, and sentiment, and proactively flag issues to the team lead so reputation is managed with timely action.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver social assets and reports on request.
• Track and capture social trends to inform content ideas that keep relevant and engaging.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• At least 1 year of experience in Social Media Management or Brand Building, with experience working on the client or agency side.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Hands-on experience in TikTok video editing.
• Strong knowledge of Social Media, with a good understanding of platform mechanics, algorithms, and trends to maximize engagement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong project management skills, particularly in coordinating and executing Social Media campaigns while ensuring effective collaboration across teams.
