Job description for Social Commerce Intern at Networld Asia

Địa điểm làm việc: Networld Asia Building, 369 B-C Lê Quang Định, Phường 5, Quận Bình Thạnh, TP.HCM
Thời gian làm việc: 8h30 – 18h00 (Thứ 2 – Thứ 6), full-time tại văn phòng
Hình thức: Thực tập 6 tháng toàn thời gian
Phụ cấp: 4.000.000 VND/tháng
Cơ hội: Xem xét trở thành nhân viên chính thức sau kỳ thực tập nếu kết quả đạt yêu cầu.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Quản lý và nuôi nhiều tài khoản seeding (Facebook, TikTok, Shopee…), chuẩn bị kịch bản bình luận/review, tham gia bình luận để tăng mức độ tin cậy và hiệu quả chiến dịch.
Hỗ trợ tạo và chỉnh sửa video ngắn bằng công cụ AI cho các kênh Social Commerce và Digital Marketing.
Hỗ trợ quản lý tài khoản TikTok: đăng tải video, viết caption, theo dõi trends, duy trì lịch đăng nội dung.
Hỗ trợ tổ chức và chuẩn bị các buổi livestream shopping: sắp xếp sản phẩm, hỗ trợ host, theo dõi bình luận và thúc đẩy tương tác trong quá trình phát sóng.
Theo dõi hiệu quả cơ bản của livestream, seeding và TikTok (lượt xem, lượt tương tác, phản hồi…), cập nhật báo cáo cho team.
Thường xuyên cập nhật các xu hướng TikTok, livestream shopping, Shopee Live, affiliate tool để học hỏi và áp dụng.

YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN

Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới tốt nghiệp các ngành: Marketing, Truyền thông, E-commerce… hoặc yêu thích lĩnh vực social commerce.
Yêu thích TikTok, livestream và theo dõi các xu hướng mua sắm online.
Là người siêng năng, cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm, ham học hỏi.
Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm – sẽ được đào tạo và hướng dẫn.
Có laptop cá nhân để phục vụ công việc
