General Requirements:
- Candidates are preferred to have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the related fields (fresh graduates are also welcome).
- 23 to 35 years old.
- Able to utilize AutoCad and SktechUp maximally.
- Presentable, hospitable, and communicative; have a good personality, teamwork, and can work professionally in every situation.
- Loyal, trustworthy, cheerful, and have initiatives; creative, disciplined, and enthusiastic.
- Can Speak English (minimum: basic level).

The Ocean Views Luxury Villas & Apartment Project Plan consists of 17 villa units and 4 apartment towers.
