Job description for Show Producer at CHOO Communications
Position: Show Supervisor / Leader
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work with the Planning & Management (P&M) team to transform event concepts into complete show plans and final execution.
• Develop and deliver show elements across performance, sound, lighting, and visual effects, ensuring alignment with client needs, brand identity, and overall strategy.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and colleagues, while also being able to work independently when required.
• Generate and contribute innovative show ideas with the P&M team and other departments.
• Direct and manage show content production: scripts, run-downs, stage blocking, technical effects, rehearsals, and live operation.
• Ensure all show elements are synchronized with project timelines, budgets, and technical feasibility.
• Handle additional tasks and ad-hoc duties related to show direction and production.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in event stage management: performance, sound & light effects, visual effects, and full show run-down.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in show production or stage direction (large-scale event experience is a plus).
• Strong creative and logical thinking.
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese & English.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and coordinate project teams, performers, and suppliers.
• Solid organizational and time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple internal & external processes effectively.

• Salary: Negotiable, from 22M VND and above.
• Holiday bonus: 1–3 million VND for national holidays.
