Job description for Services Account Manager at Ryska Professional Services
- A Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in management, Information Technology, or related field
- Max age of 35 years old
- 3-5 years min experience in sales or business development and has previous experience in professional Services Industry
- Customer-oriented and target focused – ready to go the extra mile for our clients and doesn’t wait to take action.
- Good negotiator and capable to manage relationship with middle management level
- Team Player, proactive, persistent, hustles to provide a solution.
- Attention to Detail, organized and comply to deadlines
- Experience in managing tender, preparing solution proposal, and delivering impressive presentation to clients
- High mobility
- Manage portfolio of client accounts: look out for new business and actively seek upselling sales opportunities.
- Develop sales strategy which aligned with RPS business plan and brand marketing initiatives, to achieve yearly sales target
- Nurture strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Responsible to deliver sales proposal, manage contract negotiation and SOW agreements
- Manage tender / bid, create Sales Funnel, and provide regular Sales report
- Liaise with cross-functional RPS teams to improve the entire customer experience
- Maintain customer satisfaction
