Job description for Service Area Engineer (Padang) at PT Visionet Data Internasional
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
*) Menangani kebutuhan pelanggan di lokasi pelanggan agar terpenuhi SLA yang telah ditentukan.
*) Menganalisa problem/case dengan akurat untuk tercapainya tingkat layanan yang maksimal terhadap pelanggan (Advance EDC, Basic Desktop, Basic EDC - Desktop, Laptop, Gadget), Basic Server
*) Merangkum hasil pekerjaan dilapangan terhadap aktivitas pekerjaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan administrasi proyek dan meningkatkan perbaikan dimasa mendatang
*) Menentukan pergantian perangkat yang rusak
*) Menginformasikan untuk revisi Job Order/ Work Order/ BAST
*) Berkomunikasi dengan klien maupun tim lainnya untuk memastikan bahwa layanan diberikan secara efektif.
*) Menindaklanjuti permintaan layanan dan memberikan umpan balik pelanggan dengan segera.
*) Memantau kinerja peralatan dan mesin EDC dan melakukan tindakan pemeliharaan preventif, serta pemeriksaan pada seluruh peralatan.
*) Memberikan edukasi kepada pelanggan mengenai penggunaan peralatan EDC yang aman dan efektif.
*) Memantau persediaan dan memesan ulang sparepart mesin yang dibutuhkan apabila diperlukan.
Kualifikasi :
*) Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
*) Pengalaman minimal satu tahun dibidang yang sama
