Job description for Service Area Engineer (Bengkulu) at PT Visionet Data Internasional
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
*) Menangani dan melayani kebutuhan pelanggan (Instalasi, Rollout, Case,Preventive Maintenance) di lokasi pelanggan agar terpenuhi SLA yang telah ditentukan.
*) Menganalisa problem/case dengan akurat untuk tercapainya tingkat pelayanan yang maksimal terhadap pelanggan (Advance EDC, Basic Desktop, Basic EDC - Desktop, Laptop, Gadget), Basic Server
*) Merangkum hasil pekerjaan dilapangan terhadap aktivitas pekerjaan (Instalasi, Rollout, Case, Preventive Maintenance)
*) Menentukan pergantian perangkat yang rusak
*) Menginformasikan untuk revisi Job Order/ Work Order/ BAST
*) Berkomunikasi dengan klien maupun teknisi lain untuk memastikan bahwa layanan diberikan secara efektif.
*) Menindaklanjuti permintaan layanan dan memberikan umpan balik pelanggan dengan segera.
*) Memantau kinerja peralatan dan mesin EDC dan melakukan tindakan pemeliharaan preventif, serta pemeriksaan keamanan pada seluruh peralatan.
Kualifikasi :
*) Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
*) Pengalaman minimal satu tahun dibidang yang sama
*) Pempatan di Bengkulu
