About This Role
We are building the #1 tech-enabled recruitment and career discovery platform in Southeast Asia that helps people and organizations realise their human potential by joining great organisations, learning the right skills and building great teams.
We are looking for a SEO Specialist to build, strategize, execute and optimize the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) acquisition strategy for all missions & business units for the Indonesia market. This means having ownership and the autonomy for the end-to-end process of SEO implementation.
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for delivering SEO results (organic traffic, sign-ups, leads, etc) by managing all related SEO initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of SEO implementation for particular missions, from planning, communicating, executing, optimizating, and reporting to respective stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
- Do research (from keywords to competitors) and create projections to identify opportunities to tap from an SEO perspective
- Work with managers from various business units to understand the customer journey & identify target audiences for SEO
- Create SEO product requirement documents for the necessary on-page technical improvements
- Collaborate with Product Managers & Engineers to run successful on-page projects
- Collaborate with Content Team to run successful SEO content strategy

Who We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience and proven results in SEO positions
- Strong in technical on-page SEO
- Proficient in digital analytics (strong in numbers, doing data analysis and getting actionable insights from data, and use of analytics tools)
- Bachelor’s degree from a Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Economic education background (computer science/informatics preferred)
- Strong experience in keyword research, competitor research
- Problem-solver, critical and logical thinker, and fast learner
- Strong communication skills to build & maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders
