Job description for SEO Specialist at bTaskee Vietnam
Job Overview:
bTaskee is looking for a SEO Specialist to independently own and drive our organic growth strategy - across multiple websites and digital verticals. In this role, you will go beyond execution, taking full ownership of SEO planning, content strategy, and performance optimization to strengthen bTaskee's search presence and support long-term business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. SEO Strategy & Website Development
- Develop SEO strategy, topical map, keyword research, and content plan for assigned websites;
- Collaborate with or independently write/audit content aligned with semantic SEO standards (E-E-A-T, search intent, entity-based optimization);
- Work with UI specs or design basic UI pages (HTML/CSS) for developer handoff;
- Build and execute a backlink strategy to strengthen domain authority;
- Monitor performance and adjust strategy based on real-time data.
2. Google Maps & Local SEO
- Manage Google Business Profile across multiple locations and brands;
- Develop and implement automation workflows related to GBP management;
- Execute review acquisition strategies to build credibility across search platforms.
3. ASO (App Store Optimization)
- Regularly update screenshots and metadata on a rotating schedule across App Store and Google Play;
- Track keyword rankings and optimize performance on a cyclical basis.
4. AI-Augmented Workflow
- Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) across the full SEO workflow - from research, briefing, and outlining to auditing and design;
- Proactively propose and test new automation workflows to improve operational efficiency;
- Collaborate with the AI team when building agents to support SEO operations.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Must-have:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience with proven ability to independently manage and operate a website end-to-end;
- Strong knowledge of semantic SEO, topical authority, and content clustering;
- Proven experience in Local SEO and Google Business Profile management;
- Able to read and edit HTML/CSS at a working level;
- Proficient in AI tools with consistent application throughout daily workflow;
- Highly self-directed with the ability to plan and execute independently without close supervision;
- Have a personal laptop.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in ASO or a solid understanding of app store ranking mechanics;
- Proficient in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent;
- Experience producing content for B2B or enterprise service sectors;
- Familiar with design systems such as Figma or equivalent tools;
- Experience building or operating AI workflows and automation pipelines.
