Analogous to “Fitbit-for-machines”, our cost-effective universal IoT devices can be quickly deployed in minutes onto a diverse range of industrial machines to stream vital machine stats to the secured cloud platform in real-time.
Data gets processed and transformed synchronously using advanced algorithms and state-of-the-art analytics tools to generate powerful and actionable operational insights.
Our system is fully scalable up to 10,000 devices and is future-proof through continuous development to include machine learning updates and enable integration with other products in the exciting Industry 4.0 ecosystem.
We are looking for a Senior Technical Consultant (TC) (hustlers preferred!) to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia, to join our fast-growing team!
The Senior Technical Consultant (TC) is a crucial client-facing role that creates clear and actionable strategic roadmaps supporting business cases that both delineate a broader end-game, while also prioritizing quick wins with near-term measurable impact. The Senior PE will collaborate with the sales team by acting as technical experts in site visits and customer success. They determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the Auk and client's engineering/technical team.The responsibilities include:
- Using a deep knowledge of our solution, provide technical scoping support to sales representatives, and substantiate the solutions offered to prospects,
- Assist sales team members with sales activities including development of clients URS (User Requirement Specification), proposals, and pitch mechanics
- Own and drive PoC (Proof-of-concept) projects with prospects to ensure their success and the prospects are effectively learning and engaging with the platform.
- Ensure customer success: guide, advise and train clients to use our solution effectively with the end objective of scaling up.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and champion for continuous improvement for all Auk Industries system for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen only may apply and based in Jakarta, Indonesia
- Technical background (a degree in Engineering or experience that is equivalent).
- 3-5 years technical pre-sales experience for IT or OT systems in manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, 6 sigma, TOC, etc)
- Strong literacy of technical documents (machine and instruments data sheets, electrical wiring diagram, etc) and specifications.
- Ability to be innovative and capable of critical analysis and problem solving.
- Effective clients and interpersonal communication, and strong project management skills
- Results oriented individual with ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs, CRM software, etc.
