Job description for Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at Box Studio
YOUR ROLE
● Collaborate in assessing recruitment needs and developing recruitment plans.
● Proactively source candidates, build talent pipelines, and directly recruit for assigned positions in accordance with the recruitment plan.
● Take full responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process until candidates officially onboard.
● Manage and maintain candidate data and recruitment databases.
● Participate in developing, proposing, and implementing multi-channel recruitment communication initiatives; expand recruitment channels and build a strong employer brand.
● Track recruitment metrics for assigned roles, regularly evaluate hiring effectiveness, and propose appropriate recruitment strategies for each phase.
● Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
● At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles; candidates with experience in the ICT / Information Technology industry are preferred.
● Eager to learn, persistent, and results-oriented, with strong time and task management skills.
● Good understanding of recruitment tools and channels within the ICT industry.
● Proactive, energetic, and passionate about candidate sourcing and network building.
