Job description for Senior Social Media Specialist at Banananina (Bekasi)
Job Scope:
Create, plan, edit and publish valuable content (text, images, and video) from editorial calendars for social media platforms based on data metrics on a daily basis that builds engagement, increase brand awareness, and induce a purchase
Schedule and manage the high volume of daily posts
Collaborate with other departments (production, merchandising, operational, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
Performing other duties when needed.
Requirements:
Female
Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, Public Relations, or English Literacy
Fluent in English
Experienced in fashion industry
Understand how social media works, monitor trends, and analyze social media channels.
Confidence in front of the camera
Fashion & social media savvy (understand and master)
Min. 3 years experienced in social media marketing
Able to create copywriting
Able to work in a team and under pressure
Able to create a clear content brief, copywriting, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and good communication skills
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
