Job description for Senior Shopee MCN (KOL/KOC & Affiliate) at TINH LIEN VN COMPANY LIMITED
II/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and develop the Shopee MCN ecosystem, including KOLs, KOCs, Creators,
and Affiliate partners.
Develop and execute growth strategies for Shopee Affiliate, Shopee Video, and
Shopee Live to maximize GMV and revenue.
Recruit, manage, and maintain strong relationships with creators, ensuring optimal
campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including GMV, revenue, traffic,
conversion rate, commission, and ROI, and propose optimization strategies.
Prepare regular performance reports for management and brand partners.
III/REQUIREMENTS :
At least 2-3 years of experience in Shopee MCN, Shopee Affiliate, KOL/KOC
Marketing, E-commerce, or Creator Management.
Experience in building creator networks and managing teams is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of Shopee Affiliate, Shopee Live, and Shopee Video operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and optimize key performance
metrics (GMV, conversion, traffic, commission, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and partnership development skills.
Proficiency in English or Mandarin is preferred.
