Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday + Saturday morning

Line Manager: Overseas Sales Manager
WHAT WILL YOU DO
Build and maintain close relationships with overseas partners to introduce and promote the company’s services.
Develop sales plans and action strategies to sustain long-term business growth for both individual and team performance.
Collaborate with the management team to forecast sales performance and create strategies that ensure stable revenue and profit margins.
Plan and coordinate meetings with prospective clients, tailoring service solutions to match their evolving needs.
Respond to client inquiries, provide clear guidance, and address questions related to products and services.
Consistently work toward achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets related to revenue and profit.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues raised by clients; managing customer receivables.
Maintain regular interactions with active clients and identify new clients as well as potential business opportunities.
Participate in international sales meetings, seminars, and conferences assigned by the company to help drive sales growth.
Prepare and maintain weekly, quarterly and annual sales reports to HOD.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years of experience in sales or similar position.
Fluency in English and/or Chinese (both verbal and written)
Team work, proactive, optimistic, detail-oriented, fast learner and responsible.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and task management skills.
Required Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of Sea–Air Logistics and Supply Chain operations.
Strong foundation in Sales & Marketing principles.
Capable of handling diverse import and export shipments.
