Job description for Senior Sales Officer at TMP Consulting

Job Description

  1. Meet and exceed all agreed-upon sales and revenue targets.
  2. Develop and manage pricing strategies and payment terms to maximize profitability.
  3. Identify and negotiate new opportunities to increase product sales through business analysis.
  4. Actively develop existing client services (upsell and cross-sell).
  5. Ensure the efficient conversion of every qualified lead into a paying client.
  6. Collect and accurately communicate qualified lead data to the internal TMP team.
  7. Submit comprehensive sales activity reports to the Sales Administration Manager.
  8. Collaborate effectively with the Product Marketing team for all pitching requirements.
  9. Conduct client needs identification and accurately prepares all quotations and proposals.
  10. Monitor deliverables to ensure the final product meets client needs and matches the sales agreement.
  11. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  12. Conduct and manage client satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on services.
  13. Manage the sales budget efficiently.
  14. Prepare detailed sales and promotion analysis reports to inform future strategies.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field such as Business, Management, Marketing, or Finance/Accounting.
  2. Minimum 3.00/4.00 GPA from a reputable university.
  3. Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in Sales or Business Development, with proven success in managing the Full Sales Cycle.
  4. Prior experience in an Accounting/Tax or professional service firm is a significant plus.
  5. Strong command of Basic Financial Analysis skills, specifically related to Pricing, Profitability, and Margin Analysis.
  6. Proficient in Sales Budgeting and Management.
  7. Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for accurate lead tracking and data management.
  8. Excellent with Ms. Office Suites (especially Excel for data analysis) and Google Workspace.
  9. Familiarity with AI Tools used to enhance sales research or process efficiency.
  10. Target-driven and highly proactive, with exceptional negotiation and convincing skills to close deals.
  11. Exceptional presentation and communication skills with a proven ability to lead effective cross-functional collaboration
  12. Possesses high integrity and analytical thinking while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
